Construction on the multimillion-dollar project is now in full swing, and we're thrilled to announce that the target completion date is set for October 2024.

This exciting milestone aligns perfectly with Studio T Arts' 2024 season, which kicks off in October. What makes this season truly special is that it marks the very first time in our organization's 23-year history when all of our dedicated employees will come together under one roof – their permanent new home.

The Studio T Arts & Entertainment Innovation Factory is designed with one purpose – to serve as a beacon of hope and equip individuals with the tools to make history. The building is located in the heart of Sacramento, allowing people from all walks of life to access the tools and resources we have for life-changing opportunities. The building itself spans 36,000 square feet and will house a variety of classes, tools, and creative minds that everyone can tap into.

To provide a brief teaser, we will have our very own theater box office that can seat over 300 guests, multiple dance studios with a variety of dance styles to learn, and classes taught to all ages and skill levels. In addition, the new building will feature a sneaker wall, multiple co-lab spaces, creative rooms, and more! Our aim is to fuel your creativity and equip you with the confidence and tools to be the change-maker you were meant to be.

The name "STAE-IF" or Studio T Arts & Entertainment Innovation Factory carries a special significance, as it encapsulates the core essence of what this project stands for. This concise and memorable name was chosen for a specific reason. It's not merely a combination of letters; it's a meaningful invitation and a symbol of the project's mission.

The acronym is intentionally pronounced as "Stay If." This pronunciation serves as an open invitation to all individuals who seek a nurturing environment to grow in their creativity, a haven to discover like-minded friends and a sense of community, and a place teeming with opportunities for personal and artistic growth.
